Pag is an island of beautiful beaches, hidden coves, centuries-old olive trees, rich historical heritage and crystal clear sea. The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, so you can easily reach it. On Novalja beach is the famous Zrce party mile, which attracts more and more guests from all over the world every year. The homeowners also have a part of the beach in concession, where places are secured for you. Cars can be parked in the garage. The property is fully fenced, allowing your children to play safely. The house consists of two 1-bedroom flats connected by external stairs. The approx. 45 m² pool is shared with the owner, the guests of flats CKP553 and CKP554 and three other flats located on the same plot.
