The two residential units of the house are located on the 1st and 2nd floors and are connected by internal stairs. The living room with kitchen on the ground floor has a separate entrance, in front of it is the pool, a playground and a barbecue terrace are next to it. In the basement there is an activity room with billiards and pikado as well as a fitness room.
