High Grove is a charming, gated community in Clermont, ideal for guests who want a calmer base than larger Orlando resorts. These 4 & 5 bedroom villas (sleeping up to 8/10) include Wi-Fi, a complimentary welcome pack on arrival, and a private screened pool with patio deck. Conveniently located just off US 27, its 7 miles from Walt Disney World Resort, with easy I-4 access and nearby restaurants, shops and a Walmart Super Centre. All villas include a fully fitted kitchen and key appliances, with linens and towels provided. Shared amenities include a clubhouse with solar-heated pool and spa, mini-golf, games/arcade room, fitness room, lounge TV area and a kids' playground. Homes' pool heating is also available (recommended OctApr). Please note: Florida law requires online registration and a $8/day Property Protection Fee (cap $120) to download the voucher about 5 days before arrival.
