Each home is individually furnished and fully air-conditioned with Wi-Fi, a welcome pack on arrival, and a private screened pool with patio for downtime between park days. Walt Disney World is around 10 miles away, with easy access via Highway 27 between Highway 192 and I-4, close to golf courses, the nearby Publix plaza, and local restaurants and bars. Shared facilities include a clubhouse with internet café, snack bar and shop, plus a resort pool and spa, putting green, fitness room, sand volleyball and recreation field, and a childrens playground. Pool heating is available at extra cost. Florida law requires online registration and a $8/day Property Protection Fee (cap $120) to download the voucher about 5 days before arrival.
